How To Place Orders from this site
You can place orders by either telephoning, faxing or e-mailing us at the contact details shown on the left of the screen or by going to the Contact Us Page. Alternatively, you can place you order online.
Online orders are processed on our secure server. You can choose whether or not to provide your credit card details on the order form, we will accomodate you whichever method you choose. Because this is not strictly speaking an 'e-commerce' site, we process your order manually and we remove your credit card details from our database as soon as we have processed your order.
To place an online order, please firstly make a note of the items you wish to order. You will need to make note of the Catlogue Number, Artist, Title and Price.
The following post and packing charges will be applied to all orders:- UK Inland packages:-
- 1 CD = 95p
- 2 CDs = £1.70
- 3 or 4 CDs = £2.10
- 5 or 6 CDs = £2.65
- 7, 8 or 9 CDs = £3.10
Packages will be sent by 2nd Class post. For 1st Class post an additional charge of 10p per CD will be incurred.
Parcels containing 10 or more CDs will be sent as standard parcels for £5.00. All orders over £90 will be post free.
Overseas orders:-
Postage and packing will be charged at 'cost' and if requested we will inform you of total charges before despatch. Packages will be sent using Standard Small Packet rates.
