Some helpful tips on searching: |
Keep your search criteria as simple as possible, for example if you search for Humphrey Lyttelton then search for Humph, it is more likely to be succesful because not many people spell his surname correctly. Similarly if you search for Duke Ellington & His Orchestra you will miss all the Duke Ellington entries that just say Duke Ellington in the artist record.
On the other hand, if you are searching for Duke Ellington , then entering Duke in the box might bring up too many results because you are going to get everybody who ever used the name Duke!
Always consider different spellings.
